Goldfish sits between iWeb/Rapidweaver/Sandvox and the text based html editors. It handsomely gives you templates, but they are very easy to edit, it has drag and drop text areas, menues and boxes, but once again, very easy to change. And it publishes your site out as css. I made a website for a client in one day, compared to the week I spent futzing about with iWeb's handholding methodology.
